Production Shift Engineer - Nashik

Responsibilities

• Execute the production plan as per daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor production processes and ensure optimum machine utilization.
• Supervise shift operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure product quality meets defined specifications in coordination with the Quality team.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain stable operations.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and coordinate with Stores and Logistics for uninterrupted production.
• Prepare and maintain shift production reports, downtime records, and operational logs.
• Lead and motivate shop-floor operators and technicians to improve productivity.
