Production Shift Leader

We’re Hiring | Chemical Production Shift Leader

Latex Med for Plastic and Rubber Products , one of El-Aggar Group Companies , is looking for a qualified and motivated Chemical Production Shift Leader to join our production team.

Location:

Near Lion Village, KM 57 Alexandria–Cairo Desert Rd, El-Shemoua St, Abu Al Matamir, Beheira Governorate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily chemical production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor production parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and production standards .
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to improve production performance and minimize waste.
• Identify and resolve production issues and provide guidance to production operators.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, safety, and environmental requirements .
• Prepare accurate daily production and shift reports and communicate updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Conduct regular shift meetings, safety briefings, and performance follow-ups .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry), Chemistry, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in chemical or industrial production.
• Strong understanding of chemical production processes, SOPs, quality control, and safety standards .
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a shift-based production environment .
