Production Shift Manager

Manager and coordinate the production teams assigned to his shift. Organize all production activity during his shift. Achieve the production program in quantity and quality, ensuring the smooth running of the installations or production lines in accordance with operating manuals and specific instructions. Ensure the rational use of raw materials, inputs, and packaging. Coordinate activity with his counterparts in maintenance, security, and support structures. Act as the first manager of the production unit during the night shift. Control the quality of finished products and correct, if necessary, any deviations observed. Contribute to any action to improve the production process during his shift. Diagnose, anticipate, and provide solutions to all production anomalies observed. Fill in production support documents with shift data. Make handover of instructions at the start and end of the shift with the relief by inspecting all equipment and reporting any specific instructions. Monitor the performance indicators of the structure's activities; establish necessary corrective plans and ensure their implementation and provide detailed reporting to management. Participate in the development of skills and performance of his teams by identifying levers for action (coaching, training, working conditions...). Provide technical support to his team and act as a resource person. Conduct regular individual evaluations. Ensure compliance with company rules by his teams. Rigorously apply company rules regarding safety, hygiene, and environmental respect.
