Production Shift Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Allocate manpower efficiently and manage shift-wise workforce.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine servicing, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor production performance and minimize downtime and wastage.
• Prepare and Maintain daily shift reports and communicate shift handovers effectively.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the production floor.

Job Location : Palladam (Tiruppur)

Nature of Work: Three Shifts

Preferred Candidates:

Immediate joiners and candidates with Weaving & Knitting exposure will be given high preference.

Qualifications :

• Diploma in Textiles or
• Any Bachelor's Degree with relevant production experience.
