Production Specialist

About the role

Production Specialist ensures smooth, safe, and cost-effective production while promoting a strong culture of quality, accountability, and teamwork across all levels of the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, including assigning tasks and monitoring workflow
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Inspect raw materials and verify product quality before processing and packing
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow and address operational issues
• Prepare and review production reports and monitoring reports
• Monitor and manage production supply inventory (e.g., packaging, gloves, oil)
• Conduct facility and equipment inspections; ensure proper maintenance and sanitation
• Assist in investigating customer complaints, product recalls, and implementing corrective actions
• Recommend improvements to systems and processes to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Food Technology
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
