Production Specialist (Operator)

Role overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Specialist responsible for operating and monitoring machinery and equipment involved in production.

Job Description :

·       Operate production tools, machines, or process stations to meet output and target.

·       Follow approved SOPs and work instructions to ensure consistent product quality.

·       Follow daily production plans to complete tasks, and monitor equipment, alarms, and processes during operation.

·       Perform in process checks, measurements, and inspections as per required.

·       Report equipment abnormal to the Production Leader or Equipment Engineering teams.

·       Support preventive and qualification activities as assigned.

·       Support root cause investigations and corrective actions when required.

·       Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety rules, standard operating and handling procedures

·       Good teamwork, discipline, and positive work attitude.

Requirements

·       Minimum SPM holder with relevant technical or Engineering field experience.

·       1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).

·       Willingness to work rotating shifts and commit to overtime when company requires

·       Willingness and comfortable wearing a full jumpsuit and working onsite cleanroom

·       Willingness to use microscope for detail and quality check or finding problem

·       Basic computer literacy (use office software / machine software)

·       Basic communication, reading, and understanding in English and can follow technical instructions and read simple drawings or work order

The workplace will be Bayan Lepas Penang, Malaysia.
