Production Staff

**Job Summary:**We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Staff to support the smooth operation of live and recorded broadcasts for our online casino platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing various production tasks, ensuring high-quality content delivery, and supporting the overall gaming experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment for live and pre-recorded casino games (e.g., cameras, lighting, microphones).
• Monitor live streams to ensure smooth broadcast quality and minimal technical disruptions.
• Coordinate with game presenters, floor staff, and technical teams to ensure seamless transitions and game flow.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or connectivity issues during live operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the studio and production equipment.
• Execute basic editing and file management for recorded content (if applicable).
• Follow scripts, shot lists, or game sequences during production.
• Adhere to regulatory and brand standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support special projects, content shoots, or promotional campaigns as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in production, broadcasting, or a related field preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant training are welcome).
• Familiarity with studio equipment and live streaming platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Understanding of the online casino or iGaming industry is a plus.
• Technical troubleshooting skills related to audio-visual setups.
