Production Staff

About the role

Wonderzyme Inc. is seeking a dedicated Production Staff member to join our manufacturing and logistics team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and prepared to the highest standards for distribution to our customers. As Production Staff, you will be an essential part of our supply chain, contributing directly to the efficiency and quality of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Picking products from inventory according to order specifications and warehouse location systems
• Packing items carefully into boxes or containers, ensuring products are secure and protected during transit
• Labelling packages with accurate shipping and product information
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency on the production floor
• Conducting quality checks to verify that packed items match order requirements before shipment
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanning devices
• Stacking and organising products in designated storage areas
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Reporting any damaged goods or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Picker and Packer or in a similar warehouse or manufacturing role
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items regularly (up to 25 kg)
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and following instructions
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team player mentality with a positive attitude towards work
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or scanning technology is desirable
