Production Staff

• At least a TESDA graduate/certified, preferably in Food Processing, Meat Processing, or a related course.
• With experience in bone saw operation, meat cutting, or food production is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in meat cutting, trimming, portioning, and proper handling procedures.
• Able to safely operate and properly handle bone saw machines and cutting equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive cutting and production tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good judgment in ensuring proper cuts, portion sizes, and product quality.
• Willing to work in a cold/chilled production environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, safety-conscious, and disciplined.
• Able to follow production procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
