Production Staff

Jappy Foods Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Staff member specializing in frozen processed meat to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining meat slicers and other industrial meat processing machines, ensuring the safe and efficient preparation of our products. Prior experience in food preparation or a similar field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Meat Processing Operations:

• Safely operate and maintain meat slicers and industrial meat processing machines.
• Prepare, portion, and package frozen processed meat products according to company standards and specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.

Safety and Hygiene Compliance:

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards as per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent contamination.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols when handling equipment and raw materials.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report any discrepancies or defects in equipment, raw materials, or finished products to the supervisor.
• Machine Maintenance:
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of processing equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory management and record-keeping as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least [1-2] years of experience in food preparation, meat processing, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in operating industrial meat processing machines, including slicers.
