Production Staff

The Production Helper is responsible for assisting in the daily production operations by preparing raw materials, operating basic production equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the production area, and ensuring that products are manufactured according to company quality, food safety, and production standards. The position requires strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation procedures, and workplace safety policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Production Staff

• Assist in the preparation of raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.
• Support machine operators during production activities.
• Load, unload, and transfer materials and finished products safely.
• Perform weighing, sorting, labeling, sealing, and packing of products.
• Ensure products are produced according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Meet daily production targets and schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area before, during, and after operations.
• Clean equipment, tools, utensils, and workstations following sanitation procedures.
• Dispose of waste materials properly according to company guidelines.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety standards at all times.
• Perform visual inspection of products and packaging.
• Report defective products, damaged materials, or equipment issues immediately.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Prevent contamination by following hygiene and sanitation requirements
• Wear complete prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Follow all company safety rules and emergency procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or near-miss incidents immediately.
• Handle materials and equipment safely to prevent injuries and product damage.
• Assist in inventory counting when assigned.
• Support preventive maintenance by cleaning production equipment.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College Undergrad
• At least 6 months experience in food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and Safety is an advantage
• Physically fit and willing to work in a production environment
• Detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Biñan, Laguna

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
• Paid Overtime Available
• Work Location: In person

Pay: Php15,600.00 per month
