Production Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Monitor daily production schedules, output targets, and workflow efficiency on the manufacturing floor.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement continuous improvement or Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks, report non-conformities or defects, and ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Team Coordination: Lead shift briefings, guide machine operators, and distribute daily tasks.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly production reports regarding output, machine downtime, material usage, and workforce performance.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, 5S standards, and proper handling of equipment or hazardous materials.

Pay: Php19,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
