Production Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Meat Processing Operations:

• Safely operate and maintain meat slicers and industrial meat processing machines.
• Prepare, portion, and package frozen processed meat products according to company standards and specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.

Safety and Hygiene Compliance:

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards as per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent contamination.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols when handling equipment and raw materials.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report any discrepancies or defects in equipment, raw materials, or finished products to the supervisor.
• Machine Maintenance:
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of processing equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory management and record-keeping as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least [1-2] years of experience in food preparation, meat processing, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in operating industrial meat processing machines, including slicers.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in cold environments, such as freezers or chilled production areas.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift or move heavy loads as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in food processing or a related field is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Cold storage and production areas.
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring standing for extended periods.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
