Production Staff

We are seeking a technically skilled, hands-on, and results-oriented Production Staff member to support the establishment and development of our startup manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate must have an actual experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to support production line setup, machine operation, equipment troubleshooting, and process optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in setting up, installing, testing, and commissioning production machines, equipment, and manufacturing lines.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and consistent operations.
• Understand and follow engineering drawings, technical specifications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes, machine performance, output, and product quality to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify the root causes of machine malfunctions, production delays, and process abnormalities.
• Assist in developing and improving production methods, workflows, cycle times, and overall operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Support trial production runs, equipment testing, process validation, and the implementation of new manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor production yield, reject rates, downtime, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and proper equipment operating procedures.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, machine logs, process records, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field.
• Must have relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing company.
• Practical knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in production line setup, equipment troubleshooting, process improvement, or machine commissioning is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyze production problems and assist in identifying effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures, production planning, and manufacturing documentation.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, workplace safety, and continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for production reporting and data monitoring.
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Willing and able to travel overseas for technical training when required.
• Flexible, resourceful, and comfortable working in a startup environment where production systems and processes are still being established.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
