1. Job Overview

The Production Engineer / Production Supervisor will assist in daily production activities, ensure smooth workflow, coordinate with relevant departments, and support the achievement of production, quality, and delivery targets. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided to selected candidates.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production activities.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and other departments.

• Support production planning and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Coordinate with workers and assist with manpower allocation.

• Read and understand basic engineering drawings.

• Monitor production activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Identify production issues and assist in resolving them.

• Follow up on production and dispatch activities.

• Maintain production records and reports.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

• Learn and understand sheet metal manufacturing processes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and engineering concepts.

• Willingness to learn production processes and take responsibility.

• Good communication skills and a proactive, hardworking attitude.

5. Training and Development

Selected freshers will receive appropriate training and guidance to develop their technical knowledge, production skills, and understanding of manufacturing processes.

6. Key Objective of the Role

To support production operations, improve manufacturing process knowledge, coordinate with the production team and other departments, and help ensure safe, efficient, timely, and high-quality production.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
