Production Supervisor (Assembly, 2nd Shift)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Leads teams on the production lines to achieve strategic operational goals and promotes organizational values to foster an appropriate work environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the different phases of new product development.

Ensure rigorous execution of all processes applicable to the assigned area of responsibility.

Manage daily activity planning and compliance with the production plan.

Manage and promote continuous improvement through the use of Continuous Improvement techniques.

Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Participate in the implementation and compliance of the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements applicable to the position in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

Complete all planned Quality and Training-related training sessions on time.

Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.

Comply with all safety rules established according to the responsibilities of the position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Preferred English proficiency of 50%, both spoken and written.

Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
