Production Supervisor (Assembly)

Job Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and reviews the work activities of all Foremen and Team Leaders.
• Understands the production plan and ensures it is effectively implemented.
• Promotes positive employee relations by providing coaching and development, and resolves employee issues through effective problem-solving.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) systematically and supports continuous improvement initiatives based on the findings.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• With at least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• General knowledge in quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO Standards.
