Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/ Advanced/ Degree holders or its equivalent
- At least 2 year working experience in manufacturing environment
- Good supervision and leadership skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishment of organizing, leading and controlling of all activities within the production function
- Efficient collaboration and coordination a crossed all departments
- Supervise overall production processes to ensure the KPI, capacity, quality. Efficiency & Productivity objectives are being achieved
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting in maintaining continuous operations
- Monitor daily reporting, update and prepare reports, flow diagrams and charts on
