About the Role
Greenseal Products (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure product quality and conduct quality inspections.
- Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory.
- Prepare production records and verify Delivery Orders (DOs).
- Assist with new product trials and production setup.
- Support the R&D team with product testing and documentation.
- Investigate production issues and customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized workplace.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Possess own transport.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to lead a team.
