What they need
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
- Confirms product performance and conducts tests.
- Determine project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Maintain current production process and assist in the smooth transfer of new processes onto the production line.
- Develop and execute process characterization, validation, and material qualification plans.
- Assist in the transfer of newly developed products from R&D to production.
- Writing and executing protocol and test reports.
- Work closely with quality control to produce products that meet specifications and perform as designed.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions for quality systems and production issues.
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Performs everyday duties in accordance with accepted work safety practices and standards, established by the company in compliance with the provisions of existing laws and government standards.
- Conducts and/or attends manager/division meetings, orientations/ seminars/ training activities as required by supervisor.
- Performs cross-functional activities as needed.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned in relation to the current job.
