Production Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues, improve processes, and implement new initiatives.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality products.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, procurement) to optimize production planning and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding techniques, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
