Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Manage assigned work unit attendance performance

• Report attendance and absenteeism impact daily to management team.
• Work with production trainer on new hired operators training plan.
• Responsible for personnel involvement and maintain a positive working environment.

2. Maintain standardized work

• Ensure the HSE rules is respected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work place all the time.
• Perform plant tour audit to secure standardized work are respected.
• Ensure QRQC escalation rule are applied with correct approaching to each line and team.

3. Manage Production

• Ensure a proper production preparation in place (Before production).
• Participate DPS meeting to align short term production plan and priorities.
• Check line leader production preparation and escalate potential risks to stakeholders.
• Manage production performance (During production).
• Conduct daily plant tour audit to check safety and 5s according to HSE guideline, write down non-compliance as input to leader face-to-face communication.
• Participate QRQC/KATA improvement meeting.
• Periodical report production performance in communication group to alert the achievements.
• Conduct Layered process audit to maintain standardized work and compliance.
• Monitor shift KPIs and ensures KPI boards are updated.
• Ensure shift closing activities are properly followed (After production).
• Handover with next shift supervisor according to shift handover instruction.
• Monitor each line leader shift closing job at defined time.

4. Manage Continuous Improvement

• Lead action plans to improve KPI performance (actual and targets) with team support.
• Reach and maintain a dynamic and efficient Proposals of Improvements system.
• Participate to safety and environment risks reduction activities.
• Contribute to new equipment and processes start up.
• Lead Zoning evolution and improvements by the whole team.
• 8D problem solving and reporting.
• Liaise with support functions to facilitate improvement actions within the organization.

Requirements;

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Assembly Production line with minimum 50 headcount supervision.
• Good understanding in OEE & labor efficiency.
• Hands-on skill for systematic problem solving.
• Able to rotate in shift.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience working in HMLV production environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge in SAP system.
