Key Responsibilities

1. Arrange daily production manpower, tooling, and material receiving, including first article preparation, to monitor and achieve production plans, output targets, and quality requirements.
2. Coordinate with Production Admin, Warehouse, and QA/QC on all production activities.
3. Perform periodic maintenance and repairs on production machines when necessary.
4. Prepare and submit daily production reports, OT reports, and any other required documentation.
5. Provide necessary training to production workers.
6. Carry out monthly stock take at the production line.
7. Perform any tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial-related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on production experience in electrical or manufacturing operations.
