Production Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervises the daily Production activities in the plant.

2. Conducts routine inspection on processing and production to ensure that the facility

    and personnel conforms to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

3. Monitors and adjusts manpower schedule of Production Unit as needed.

4. Oversees safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

5. Performs verification of production output according to specifications.

6. Prepares reports on performance and progress and present them to immediate

    superiors.

7. Detects issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

8. Coordinates with other Unit Managers and/or Supervisors concerning quality aspects.

9. Enforces disciplinary actions as may be necessary to Production Staff in accordance

    with existing company policies and guidelines.

10. Ensures compliance to established GMP, HACCP, Halal, / Food Safety Program.

11. Reports to superior any non-conformances observed that may result to food safety

      and quality issue.

12. Performs other duties/tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
