What You'll Do

• Lead and support our dietary staff in daily operations, including food production, cafeteria service, tray line, dishwashing, and food receiving.
• Ensure smooth workflow, quality standards, and compliance with state, local, and organizational policies.
• Actively supervise, train, and motivate dietary employees, creating a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Provide input on departmental policies and procedures to continually improve our food and nutrition services.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; coursework in food and nutrition or a two-year degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience in food service management and leadership is highly valued.
• Food safety and sanitation certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
