Production Supervisor

Description

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all personnel under your supervision.
• Ensure that quality, cost, and delivery time objectives are met in the product manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Production Area's Process Control Plans.
• Responsible for generating production reports, FTQ, OE, Srap, etc.
• Schedule overtime as needed.
• Conduct 5 Whys (5 Whys) related to safety and quality.
• Monitor indirect material consumption in the Tool Crib.
• Complete monthly training sessions on the Wombat platform.
• Ensure a customer-centric approach is promoted.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Manufacturing.
• Intermediate English.
• Review the EHS Roles and Responsibilities Matrix (FORM.EHS.IGO.004).
• Competencies: Teamwork, Time Management, Communication, Leadership, Decision Making, Values.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing techniques and tools
• Assessment of Knowledge and Skills of Support Operators
