Position: Production Supervisor

Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily production targets.
• Supervise and guide production staff.
• Ensure quality standards and defect-free output.
• Drive process improvements and lean practices.
• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
• Prepare production reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision.

Pay: ₹11,010.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
