Job Description – Factory Supervisor

Position: Factory Supervisor
Location: Kesinga, Odisha
Industry: Cashew Processing

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cashew factory operations and production.
• Manage workers and allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor processing, grading, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain production, stock, and material records.
• Ensure quality, hygiene, safety, and minimum wastage.
• Coordinate with management and other departments.
• Maintain basic reports and inventory records in Tally.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in factory/production supervision preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of Tally.
• Experience in cashew/food-processing industry preferred.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
• Responsible and capable of handling factory workers.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
