Production Supervisor

General Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Product Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Preferably has knowledge of food products and food processing, especially canned food or tuna products.
• Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan, East Java.

Skill Competencies :

• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Knowledge of production processes.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and OEE.
• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Job Descriptions :

• Control and monitor production processes.
• Manage manpower and production equipment.
• Develop and implement continuous improvements.
• Analyze and assess production performance.
• Lead and develop the production team.
