About the role

Production Supervisor responsible for managing production and control of molded rubber products, overseeing subordinates in compliance with company discipline and regulations. The role encompasses production safety, quality and productivity improvement, planning and managing production output, monitoring and reporting on production-related KPIs and process performance, managing raw materials and finished goods, and supervising shop floor operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production and control, and manage subordinates to follow company discipline and regulation
• Ensure production safety, quality and productivity improvement
• Plan and manage production output
• Monitor, analyze and report on production related KPIs, process performance, improvement and general issues
• Manage raw material and finished goods
• Manage and apply fixtures and tools
• Conduct shop floor control, audit and supervision
• Explore, reflect and take action for production issues

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rubber manufacturing, rubber molding, stamping, or a related production process
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position
• Strong knowledge of rubber molding / stamping processes
• Strong knowledge of rubber materials and their characteristics
• Strong knowledge of stamping / molding machines
• Strong knowledge of mold and tooling
• Strong knowledge of process parameters, production planning and control
• Strong knowledge of quality control, process control, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen / Continuous Improvement
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred; experience with rubber molded/stamped components is strongly preferred

Working Days and Hours

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Weekends and company-designated public holidays off
