Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all production activities comply with production plans, product specifications, work instructions, and all related production requirements.
2. Manage and control manpower to ensure efficient production operations.
3. Supervise raw material preparation, weighing processes, premix flour production lines, and breadcrumb production lines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Monitor and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products, including customer complaints.
5. Supervise production employees and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company regulations.
6. Inspect and monitor machinery, equipment, and measuring instruments used in the production process.
7. Ensure all Critical Control Points (CCPs) are properly monitored and comply with food safety requirements.
8. Support and participate in customer audits and management system audits, including BRC audits.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve daily production line issues to ensure smooth operations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
11. Be able to work in shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Experience in production line control and warehouse management will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Physically fit and in good health, with no serious underlying medical conditions that may affect job performance.
• Ability to communicate in English will be an advantage.
