Production Supervisor

Location: Puchong, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations.
• Monitor production output to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Lead and manage production operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse departments.
• Prepare daily production reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
