Production Supervisor

About the role

Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor production output, quality, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with other departments regarding production schedules, materials, and manpower requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assign tasks and manpower based on production requirements and employee skills
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Monitor employees' attendance, performance, productivity, and work discipline
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to production employees
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality of finished products
• Ensure that employees follow safety rules, company policies, and proper work procedures
• Identify production issues and provide appropriate solutions to minimize delays and defects
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and update management on production progress
• Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and production materials
• Report any production problems, incidents, or manpower concerns to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field is preferred
• At least 2–3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations
• Experience in themed attractions, fabrication, casting, painting, sculpting, fiberglass, or similar manufacturing operations is an advantage
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Willing to work in Angeles City, Pampanga
