Production Supervisor (ประจำโรงงานบางพลี)

Position: Production Supervisor

S. Khonkaen Foods Public Company Limited – Bang Phli Factory

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Control and monitor the production process and product delivery to ensure that production and packing plans are achieved in terms of quality, quantity, and schedule.
2. Control, inspect, and monitor workplace and operational safety to ensure compliance with company safety standards.
3. Supervise the proper and safe operation of production machinery and equipment, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
4. Plan and allocate manpower appropriately to ensure sufficient staffing and maximum production efficiency.
5. Lead the team in developing and improving equipment, technology, and work processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
6. Analyze and compare production data to evaluate operational performance against KPI targets and production standards (STD), and communicate performance results and improvement plans to the team.
7. Control and verify production data for Moo Yor (Vietnamese-style pork sausage) and ensure accurate data entry and reporting in relevant systems, such as SAP.
8. Provide knowledge and training on Moo Yor production processes, work procedures, and required skills to subordinates to ensure effective job performance.
9. Assign, supervise, and follow up on the performance of subordinates to ensure that work is carried out according to established goals, plans, and standards.
10. Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned to support and achieve the organization's goals.

📌 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in production management in a food manufacturing plant or a related production environment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of production processes, with the ability to control production according to established plans and standards.
• Strong ability to plan and manage manpower effectively according to production requirements.
• Ability to analyze production data and monitor performance against KPI targets.
• Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and quality systems in food manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
