Production Supervisor

Job summary:

Ensure production line produce top quality products and delivery on time, ensure operation normally. Initiate efficiency improvement, reduce waste.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor operator’s daily work in workshop; Manage the discipline and 6S in production section.
• Arrange the production according to production plan,and monitor the progress.
• Flow the daily output and products’ quality to meet the production plan.
• Troubleshooting and promptly feedback to superior.
• Monitor operators be qualified and work according to WI strictly.
• Coordinate with PIE and other departments to analyze the root cause of defective products,and take corrective and preventive action to avoid the same problem happen repeatedly.
• Allocation of resource for production lines, including manpower, equipment, materials.
• Initiate suggestions, optimize production line, promote efficiency, and reduce scrap and costs.
• New Sale order review and Sale order due date confirmation.
• Use ERP correctly for daily output, work order maintains at system and all other things, make sure ERP has correct data and timely maintain.
• Monitor daily production output, follow producing anomaly, push the settling of issue, adjust production plan if need.
• Handle and follow up Engineering change notice.
• Achieve maximum potential, capability and job flexibility with good discipline.
• Responsible for Procedure, WI, Production record (DHR), and related process document support to Quality Management System.
• Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Above 5 years related work experience (Clean room and small assembly under microscope)
• Good command in English and Chinese (Preferable)
• Knowledge of MRP system
• Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO14971 will be advantage
