About the role
To ensure the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring production personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Supervision of production workers and production process
- Monitors the performance of the production and production workers
- Maintains the cleanliness and order on the production floor
- Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training and development, and healthy, safety and welfare of your team
- Responsible for ensuring that the quality of product and service within the warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customers
About you
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or any related course
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role; experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
- Training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, and HACCP System; formal training in baking and technology is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
