Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day Injection Moulding production activities.
Achieve daily production targets and maintain productivity.
Manage manpower and shift-wise production activities.
Monitor machine settings, mould changes and process parameters.
Control rejection, rework, downtime and material wastage.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
Maintain production reports and shift handover records.
Ensure 5S, safety, quality and SOP compliance.
