What they need
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Taloja MIDC
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily production operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor manpower utilization and shop floor activities.
Maintain production records and reports.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing/chemical industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of production planning and process control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
