Role Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. This role plays a critical part in driving productivity, maintaining compliance, and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, GMP, and company policies
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Lead, coach, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations
• Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials
• Enforce workplace safety and maintain a clean, organized production environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing industry
• With minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, and production processes
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
