Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Kellogg (Thailand) Ltd. in Pluak Daeng Rayong. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and high-quality production of our leading consumer food products. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your strong supervisory and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise the production of assigned products in line with production schedule, product quality, provide supervision for direct loading to attain correct SKU.

2. Minimize waste &Loss in the operation to achieve yield target by closely supervising subordinate and correct data for analyze to reduce waste in system.

3. Implement short- and long-term solutions or involve the project to improve all achievement by consistent with plant objectives.

4. Closely supervises and trains subordinate to achieve an effective production team, strengthens operator skills to enable them to perform more than one task.

5. Closely co-ordinate with technicians to ensure all of equipment and facilities meet target preventive maintenance to prevent time loss from poor preventive maintenance.

6. Make sure that all production parameters, Standard Food Safety principles are effectively followed by production crews to reduce product defects to agree level.

7. Lead safety awareness within production crew to prevent injury and loss time.

8. Implement and maintain focused team environment with all employees to enable them toward self discipline.

Incumbent must have the ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedule and specific time constraints. Position will require time on all rosters and weekend work from time to time. Ability to use PC in a requirement of this position.

What we're looking for

• Requires a university degree in Food, Technology food Science, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field plus minimum 5 year at related work experience to effectively
• Perform the duties of the incumbent, this position requires extensive knowledge of all production in the plant and a general knowledge of all the supporting department function the incumbent must be technically oriented in the areas of production equipment concepts and food technology.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on training and developing team members
• Proficient in the use of production monitoring and control systems
• Thorough understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
