Production Supervisor

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fashion supervisory role or related.
• Hands-on tailoring experience/knowledge is required
• Experience in bespoke/made-to-measure production specifically
• Ability to read and interpret technical sketches and pattern instructions
• Strong knowledge of fabric types, quality, and sourcing
• Good knowledge of the local and international fashion market
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to meet targets and deadlines
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Good communication skills, able to liaise effectively between the production team and management.
• Good work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
