- Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when there are delays, shortages, or urgent orders.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and machines are available according to the production plan.
- Track work-in-progress and finished goods to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production planning records, schedules, and related reports.
- Identify production bottlenecks and work with relevant departments to improve efficiency.
- Support inventory control and help maintain appropriate stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
