Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will support the Production Manager in overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that products meet established quality standards, and coordinating activities across different departments to maintain efficient production processes.

The role also involves inventory monitoring, production team supervision, and implementation of workplace safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities1. Production Operations

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure production processes run efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to minimize operational delays and maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor production activities to ensure output targets are achieved.

2. Team Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate members of the production team.
• Provide direction and support to production staff to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and adherence to established production procedures.
• Help ensure that employees perform their responsibilities efficiently and safely.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure that production activities consistently meet the company's quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and identify issues that could affect product quality.
• Ensure employees follow established quality procedures.
• Escalate production or quality issues to management where necessary.

4. Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate materials are available for production.
• Track the use of production materials and identify potential shortages.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support timely replenishment of materials.
• Help minimize production disruptions caused by inventory or material shortages.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
