Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production Supervisor – Fresher to support day-to-day production activities. The candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow, proper production planning, quality compliance, and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Allocate work to operators and production workers as instructed.
• Monitor production progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Follow up on material availability and coordinate with the concerned departments.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Monitor product quality during the production process.
• Identify production issues and report them to the Production Manager.
• Maintain basic production records, checklists, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper use and handling of tools, machines, and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the production floor.
• Ensure employees follow company safety rules and procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and other departments whenever required.
• Support the Production Manager in achieving production targets.
• Learn and understand company production processes, equipment, and quality requirements.
• Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to work in a shop-floor environment.
• Good discipline and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
