Production Supervisor

About the role

This is a production management role responsible for planning, maintaining, and coordinating production schedules and workforce allocation, supervising operators, and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Plan, maintain, and coordinate production schedules and workforce allocation.

  規劃、維護和協調生產計劃和勞動力分配。

  2.Supervise operators to ensure production execution follows operational standards and safety regulations, including equipment maintenance.

  監督操作員確保生產執行符合作業標準和安全規定，包括設備維護。

  3.Handle production abnormalities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements.

  處理生產異常，進行根本原因分析並實施改進。

  4.Manage the application and usage control of production consumables.

  管理生產耗材的應用及使用控制。

  5.Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  優化生產流程，提高效率，降低成本。

  6.Oversee the introduction of new product processes and establish production operating standards.

  監督新產品製程的引進並建立生產作業標準。

  7.Analyze and improve monthly production management data.

  分析並改善每月的生產管理數據。

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 相關領域的學士學位
2. Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin (both written and spoken) 精通馬來語、英語和中文（書寫和口語）"We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
3. Good communication ability, the ability to lead problem solving 良好的溝通能力、帶領解決問題的能力
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in production management. 至少3年生產管理經驗。
5. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred. 具半導體製造經驗者優先。
6. CNC programming and machining knowledge. CNC 編程和加工知識。
7. Possession of overhead crane or forklift license is an advantage. 擁有高架起重機或堆高機駕駛執照者優先。
