PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

• Supervise and manage daily production activities and personnel.
• Plan and assign work schedules and tasks to production staff.
• Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure products and services meet required quality standards.
• Monitor the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Identify production problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor inventory and availability of materials, parts, and supplies.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow.
• Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational/technical course related to Production, Automotive, Engineering, or a related field.
• With supervisory experience in production, automotive, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
