Production Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Couture Production Team.
• Plan and monitor production schedules, assignments, and deadlines for couture projects.
• Ensure garments are produced according to approved designs, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of gowns and couture pieces from initial construction through fitting, finishing, and final completion.
• Coordinate with the Creative and Design Team regarding design details, revisions, and production requirements.
• Assign tasks to production staff based on skills, workload, and project priorities.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper workmanship and finishing.
• Monitor fitting schedules and ensure all required alterations and corrections are completed on time.
• Identify production issues, delays, and quality concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and availability of materials, tools, and production resources.
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies and production procedures.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to production staff to improve performance and workmanship.
• Maintain accurate production records, accomplishment reports, and project status updates.
• Ensure that all couture projects are completed within the required timeline and meet the company's standards for quality, craftsmanship, and design excellence.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant education in Fashion Design, Garment Production, Textile, or a related field.
• With proven experience in couture, bridal, gown, or high-end garment production.
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in garment/couture production.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, finishing, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site and adjust to production requirements and schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with couture gowns, bridal gowns, formalwear, or designer garments.
• Knowledge of hand-finishing, beading, embroidery, draping, and other couture techniques.
• Strong ability to coordinate with designers and production specialists.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
