What they need
- Supervise and control daily production operations to achieve production plans, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and company standards.
- Control manpower, machines, materials, and production efficiency to minimize waste and downtime.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and coordinate with QA in case of non-conformities.
- Prepare production reports including output, yield, downtime, and manpower utilization.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff; manage work schedules and shift assignments.
- Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and maintenance of production equipment and production areas.
- Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Warehouse, QA, Maintenance, and Planning.
