Production Supervisor

A well-established food production company located in Antelias is looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient operations, product quality, hygiene, and compliance with production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily food production activities and production staff.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved efficiently and on time.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company specifications and food safety standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and health & safety procedures.
• Monitor raw material usage, production waste, and yield.
• Minimize production losses and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure machines and production equipment are properly operated and report maintenance requirements.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, productivity, and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare and maintain daily production records and reports.
• Support management in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably within a food manufacturing or food production environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and production procedures.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle operational pressure.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
