PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production kitting process for medical and non-medical products, including system normal scrap and work order attrition  (Smart Loader)
• Oversee the Kitting schedule, ensuring timely completion of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
• Supervise a Team of Kitting Operators, promising guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with others departments, including production planning, Quality Control and Engineering to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and maintain standard operation procedure (SOPs) for kitting Operations.
• Analyze and report on kitting metrics, Identifying areas for Improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulation areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment, preferable in EMS Industry.
